• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Remaining balance is due either in cash on the day or via bank transfer prior to receiving final images.

• Final images will only be delivered once full payment is received.

3.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

3.3 Image Delivery & Turnaround

• Standard turnaround time is stated on our website or communicated at booking (usually 7–14 days).

• Delivery may vary during peak periods.

• Clients will have the opportunity to request revisions before final delivery.

3.4 Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

• A suitable and safe environment for shooting

• Required permissions for the chosen location

• That all individuals being photographed have consented

4. Digital Products

4.1 Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital product (templates, guides, presets), you receive a personal-use license only.
You may not:

• Resell or distribute the product

• Share it publicly or privately

• Alter and resell as your own

• Use it commercially unless explicitly stated in the product description

4.2 No Refunds on Digital Goods

Due to instant delivery, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

5. User Comments & Submitted Content

If you post comments, feedback, or upload content:

• You are responsible for the content you publish

• It must not be illegal, defamatory, or infringe any rights

• You grant The Weekend Creator a non-exclusive license to use and display such content on the website or marketing materials
